A lying teen (Frankie Muniz) fights to get his father to believe him when a school paper he wrote is stolen by a Hollywood producer (Paul Giamatti) and used as the storyline in a hit movie. The boy, with girlfriend (Amanda Bynes) stages a series of embarrassing pranks on the producer to get him to fess up. In the end, all the boy wants is to be believed by his Dad. - Hilarious.
